Joseph & Paige Morris

Joey Morris has spent three decades training animals and dogs at the highest levels—from complex behavior work with exotic animals (including orcas, wolves, and birds of prey) to developing dependable working dogs for specialized roles. His background in animal behavior and applied training is the foundation of OverWatch K9 Academy’s approach: clear structure, calm routines, and real-world reliability.

Joey Morris has worked with animals and trained dogs for over 30 years. His background includes behavior work with exotic animals—such as orcas, wolves, and birds of prey—as well as developing dependable working dogs for specialized roles. Alongside hands-on experience, Joey studied biological sciences with coursework centered on ecology and animal behavior, giving him a strong foundation in how behavior develops and how learning translates to real-world performance.
At OverWatch K9 Academy, Joey’s focus is bringing that clarity into family life: calm routines at home, reliable obedience in real environments, and structured follow-through so training lasts. Families appreciate his direct communication, practical systems, and results that feel meaningful day-to-day—not just “good in a quiet room.”

Paige Morris began training dogs at a young age and built her professional foundation through the last decade of hands-on work with pet owners—helping families turn chaos into calm through simple, consistent systems. Together, Joey and Paige created OverWatch K9 Academy to bring professional-level clarity and reliability to family dogs in Atlanta.

Paige began working with dogs long before she trained professionally, and has now spent over 10 years helping owners turn daily frustration into clear structure and calm consistency. She specializes in building reliable family obedience through simple systems that are easy to follow—because lasting results depend on what happens between sessions. Clients appreciate her direct communication, realistic expectations, and ability to make training feel clear and doable.
